What is your return policy?

The products, once purchased, are non-returnable. Only items in the warranty period will be eligible for replacement. 

What if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will replace it. You are requested to keep the original product intact in the box it came in, along with its invoice. You can raise your request for replacement by writing to us at support@beatxp.com.

What is your refund policy?

Is there any warranty on beatXP products?

We have a 12-month replacement warranty on all our products, applicable only in case of manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover any physical or internal damages due to misuse of the product. The warranty period begins from the date on the product invoice. No replacement requests will be valid without an invoice. 

What is the warranty replacement process?

  • Fill out the brand warranty and registration form.

  • One of our team members will get in touch to assist you with logistics. 

  • After our team has gone through technical checks and verified the damage due to a manufactured defect, we will replace your product.

Who will bear the cost of the logistics?

The company will bear the cost of shipping and logistics for products under warranty and exchange. 

What is the pick-up time for warranty replacement products?

It will take around 5-7 business days to get your product picked up from your place.
